This a well made moat. However when I used it where ants can get to the feeder easily, it did not work. The Moat is not large enough to stop ants (Fire Ant crosses) from swimming across. So I can only use it as pictured, hanging high in a tree, where ants do not regularly go. Thus I can not recommend it.
