Like others have stated on this product - either Prestige stopped making it, or only a few suppliers carry it. My bet is that they stopped making it and we are buying the limited supply that is left.I tried this by accident when a friend who was staying left it at my place. She called in a panic when she realized it was missing. But she told me that before I sent it back to her I must, MUST give it a try.Wow! Right after the first application I was hooked!!! Why?It goes on as smooth as silk! I don't know if others that are leaving negative comments are on this particular Prestige product. Prestige does make another product that doesn't have the smudge tip at the other end. And, yes, that one is inferior, doesn't go on smoothly - but NOT this one!The color is absolutely gorgeous (lagoon). It intensifies my eye color which is close to the color of the liner.You only need to apply it once. So set it and forget it!The smudger on the opposite end can do 2 things fix a mistake, create a finer line or make the liner blossom out and upwards. I like doing this effect at night under a light gray pearlescent base and a darker gray in the crease. It looks amazing!And because I was so apprehensive about not ever finding this color, or type of Prestige eyeliner again, I bought 2 in the lagoon color. I may actually go back and buy the gray and blue because I really believe in this product.In my eyes (get it - eyes! NM), when something works, you stick with it!Come on Prestige! If you contemplated doing away with this double ended liner, PLEASE DON'T! Bring the line back and expand the color palette! If you did a better promotion of the product, I bet you'd have sales through the roof!The product is that amazing!
